Terms and Conditions



BOOKING

To secure your reservation you should pay a reservation fee corresponding to 25% of the total amount. The other 75% should be paid upon arrival at the apartment. You have 3 different options to pay the reservation fee:

1. You can choose to pay it immediately online with Credit Card
2. You can choose to pay it immediately online with Paypal
3. Or you can choose to pay it later by Bank Transfer

In both cases you will receive online confirmation of your pre reservation or of the final reservation.


CHECK IN AND ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Standard check in time is from 15:00 (3pm) to 22:00 (10pm)
- Arriving before 11:00: you can leave your luggage at our office and we will confirm check in time with you then.
- Arriving after 11:00: If the apartment is not prepared yet, we can check you in, give you the keys and you can leave your luggage there while it´s being cleaned!
- Arriving at 15:00 or after: The apartment will usually be prepared and cleaned for you!

We can always arrange your check in, even outside of our usual office hours. (22:00 - 09:00) However, a late check in fee of 30 Euros will apply.

We will send you full check in instructions after your reservation is complete.



CHECK OUT

Check out time is until 11:00: You should leave the apartment until 11:00 in the morning. If you have a late flight, we will be happy to let you drop your luggage at our office at Rua da Palmeira 33, 1st Floor. (free luggage deposit).



BEHAVIOUR

Please bare in mind that you´ll be staying in a residential building. You´ll be expected to respect other residents and guests in the building. Please observe that quiet is between 22:00. And 09:00 AM. Any loud music or loud noise observed between these times may result in immediate eviction.
Pay attention to electric devices when leaving the apartment. Don´t let them turned on as well as lamps, lights, heating and candles. Also don´t forget to close windows on rainy days.


DAMAGES

All damaged and stolen items will be charged on the guests' credit card. For bookings of 5 or more guests, a refundable deposit of 30 EUR per person in cash or by a credit card pre authorization is required on arrival. It is fully refunded at the check out or no longer than 24 hours after it - subject to a room inspection.


CANCELATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel a completely prepaid reservation, please notify us as soon as you can by emailing us to lisbonexperience@lisbonexp.com. The amount you’ve paid for your reservation is only refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds are possible within 60 days of your arrival. It is possible to take out travel insurance directly on the internet. This insurance covers lost flights and accommodation cancelations. In the event we can arrange to move your reservation to a different date, we will do our best to accommodate you.
In the event that we have to cancel your reservation for reasons beyond our control, you will be offered alternative accommodations of equal or higher standards. If we don ́t have any suitable options for you, we will then refund your deposit including bank transfer costs if there were any. We cannot be responsible for any extra costs (based on the original price) the client may have in finding another accommodation.


CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE / TOWELS AND BED CLOTHING

One set of fresh towels and bed clothing are provided for each guest. Extra set of towels : 8 EUR. Extra set of bed clothing: 10 EUR for single beds and 15 for double beds.
Extra cleaning has a 25 Eur cost. - The final cleaning is comprised in the total price, so you don´t have to clean the apartment deeply. We only ask you not to leave very dirty like dirty dishes pots and pans, empty bottles of beer wine, etc... If the apartment is left extremely dirty then a cleaning surcharge of 30 EUR will apply.
