Checking in standard time is from 15:00. Checking out standard time is until 11:00 It is possible an earlier check in or a later check out. For this purpose you should contact the owner/manager and he will inform you of this possibility. His/her contact will be given to you after you confirm the reservation. Checking in and out before 9:00 is charged €30 extra
The Owner/manager will meet you at the apartment at the agreed time. For this purpose you should contact the owner to tell him the expected arrival time at the apartment. During Check in you should pay the remaining amount only in cash. Please note that the checking in is only possible in this condition.
The apartment will be ready and cleaned for you before your arrival. Fresh towels and sheets are also provided and all is included in the total price.
If you wish to cancel a completely prepaid reservation, please notify us as soon as you can by e mailing us to reservations@lisbonexp.com. Please remember that the amount you’ve paid for reservation is non refundable, even in cases of force majeure, which means that you will lose it upon cancelling your reservation, unless you tell us that you would like to come in a different date even if in another apartment. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance with cancelation cover to prevent the possibility of cancelation a confirmed reservation. Should we cancel your reservation for reasons that are beyond our control, you will be offered alternative accommodation with similar or better facilities. In case this is not possible, we will give you back your deposit including bank transfer costs. We cannot be responsible for any extra costs (based on the original price) the client may have in finding another accommodation
Lisbon Experience Apartments (LEA) is an agency that promotes short term rentals, which means that LEA only manages the reservations of all the apartments. All the management of mainteinece, cleaning, safety, etc, is the owner´s/manager´s responsibility. Therefore LEA is not part of the rental agreement and cannot be responsible for questions concerning the apartment itself such as cleaning, safety, operation of the house´s equipment, etc... All the doubts, problems, and complaints regarding the apartment should be put directly to the owner/manager during your stay.
The hirer is responsible for the property during his occupation and will also be responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her, and specifically avoiding any activity that is against any law or public health. He will also undertake to keep the property clean and tidy and to replace any damages he has caused. The Apartment will be ready and cleaned just prior to your arrival. Fresh towels and Sheets will be provided. The final cleaning is included in the total price, so you don´t have to clean the apartment deeply before you leave it. We only ask you to leave the apartment in a reasonable cleaning condition. Don´t leave garbage. Don´t move funiture. Unless you agree something else with the owner the number of guests in the apartment should not exceed the number of people stated in your booking confirmation. Please bare in mind that you´ll be staying in a residential building. You´ll be expected to respect other residents in the building. Please observe that quiet is between 10 PM. And 10 AM. Any loud music or noise observed between these times may result in immediate eviction and loss of the damage deposit. Smoking and Pets are only allowed when it is specifically sated in the characteristics of the apartment. Pay attention to eletric devices when leaving the apartment. Don´t let them turned on as well as lamps, lights, and candles. Also don´t forget open windows on rainy days.
